MCG is a registered broker-dealer with FINRA, formerly the NASD, and has provided financial services to public and private companies for approximately 25 years.
MCG is focused on developing long-term relationships with senior management teams.
MCG seeks to deliver value-added solutions with a focus on the needs of its clients through experience, execution and accountability in the areas of capital raising and M&A services.
OUR ORGANIZATION
MCG is organized to provide services to a diversified group of clients and industries including the middle market, small businesses and financial services and insurance companies (through its Franklin Capital Management division).

Senior Level Attention: The MCG team is only comprised of senior level professionals, each with over 25 years of experience. MCG team members actually execute their transactions unlike other firms who extensively utilize junior members with less experience. Our principals have completed over $2.5 billion in transactions.
Team Approach: MCG has at least two principals work on every engagement to assure complete support throughout the entire transaction process.
Our Clients: Every project is of critical importance to MCG and we treat our clients accordingly. We are selective in choosing our clients and we do not randomly enter into engagements.
No Conflicts of Interest: As an independent investment banking advisory firm, MCG acts only as an advisor or intermediary. We do not have the inherent conflicts of interest that can arise with other institutions.

History:
· Established in 1987
· Became broker-dealer in 1990 by registering with NASD
· Renamed the firm Millburn Capital group in 1999
· Established a Small Business Group called Rockland Partners in 2006
· Established an insurance and financial services division in 2007 called Franklin Capital Management
· Principals collectively have completed over $2.5 billion in transactions
